Significance: Tree-top cabin sits at the top of the property line, a two-story structure with a south-east wing addition. The gabled roof structure is aligned east-west. There are two entrances; the west entrance is covered by a hood-on-brackets canopy. Above the canopy and flush with the building is a second floor porch which faces west.
