Significance: The North Pigeonnier was built in the 1820's. The first floor is constructed of bousillage (mud and moss infill between cypress timbers) and used for storage. The upper floor is constructed of heavy timber and provides setting boxes and manure collection facilities. The roof is covered with cypress shingles.
