Building/structure dates: 1905 initial construction
Significance: One of Eagle's best architectural examples and one of the few surviving historic commercial buildings, this was originally the NC Company Store. 1910 it was used as the Merchant's Cafe. It did not pass out of NC ownership. As late as 1950 it was again the NC Store.
