1909 initial construction
Significance: Built as part of a commission which included the complementary Park Inn located to the west, all the original fixtures and furnishings were designed by Wright. This complex, including the Park Inn (HABS No. IA-80) is a rare example of Wright's commercial architecture in the Prairie style.
