Building/structure dates:
1870 initial construction
Significance: Built at the same time as the Converse House c. 1870, probably for Col. Converse. Owned by B. Haley before the present owner acquired the house c. 1959. Vertical board and batten, small L-shaped building, two stories high, steep gable roofs, open lean-to along one side recently enclosed, pierced barge boards.
