Notes
Survey number HABS WA-185-P
Significance: Constructed around 1936, this boathouse was probably the last structure built in the complex. It stands near the site of an earlier structure that possibly served the same function. The boathouse is an integral part of the Rosemary ensemble, contributes to the overall character of the rustic resort, and possesses integrity of design, materials, workmanship, location, setting, feeling and association.
