Significance: This house was built in 1870 by Julian Wolff, a very prosperous local merchant. The house was the largest and most commodius in town. It is constructed of native cypress with a shingle roof and has a semi-detached kitchen/dining room of similar design and proportions. The craftsmanship and woodwork are outstanding.
