Survey number HABS LA-1164
Significance: The original building date of this warehouse is not known. The building was probably begun after the lot was purchased by Francois Corso in 1823. This part of the bayou had been used for loading and unloading cargo since the late 1700's. The building was constructed of brick in three different sections, one of which has a cypress upper level. The craftsmanship is quite utilitarian.
