Building/structure dates: 1910 initial construction
Significance: The Hungarian Sick Benefit Societies Building, built in 1910, exemplified mixed-use, commercial/residential architecture in early 20th century Bridgeport. The Georgian Revival style building was erected for one of the mutual benefit societies that served Bridgeport's large Hungarian community.
