Building/structure dates: 185 initial construction
Significance: A typical one-and-a-half story, Conch cottage. These simple houses, traditionally built by mariners, spongers and fishermen who migrated from the Bahama Islands, and were known locally as Conchs, were designed to meet the rigors of their near-tropical island location.
