Survey number HABS AL-863
Significance: Notable example of Italiante stylistic elements employed in smaller dwelling. 1872-1873. Italianate details. Wooden frame with clapboarding. 48'-5" (three-bay front) x 36'-5" plus rear cross-hall and wing, one story, main block has hipped roof, center hall plan with cross-hall at rear connecting main block with two-room transverse service wing. Notable arcuated entrance porch with pediment.
