Building/structure dates: 1860 initial construction
Significance: The Greenlawn farmer's house was erected by William Brady in the third quarter of the 19th century on a lot adjacent to the mansion house. The farmer's house, executed in the style of the mansion house, was the residence of the tenant who worked Brady's home farm.
